These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CacheTrack client performance portal (the “Portal”), operated by CACHE Interactive and accessible at dash.builtbycache.com. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Portal.
Access to the Portal is provided to you by your agency team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. When you sign in with Google, your use is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies. You agree to notify your agency team promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree that you will not:
Information, feedback, and website data you submit or that is collected on your behalf through connected analytics platforms is used to generate the reporting shown in the Portal. You retain ownership of your content. By providing it, you grant CACHE Interactive and your assigned agency team a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Portal’s reporting and related services.
The Portal imports metrics from third-party analytics platforms connected on your behalf. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reporting data is complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CACHE Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Portal, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Your agency team may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time. You may stop using the Portal at any time, and may disconnect Google sign-in from your Google account security settings. Upon termination, these Terms will no longer apply to your use, except for provisions that by their nature should survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Portal or by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact your agency team through the Portal’s feedback page or at the email address associated with your account.
