CACHE Interactive Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the CacheTrack client performance portal (the “Portal”), operated by CACHE Interactive and accessible at dash.builtbycache.com. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing practices described below. If you do not agree, do not access the Portal.

Google User Data We Access

When you choose to sign in to the Portal with your Google account, our application accesses the following Google user data from your Google profile:

  • Email address — used to identify your account and link it to your client profile.
  • Basic profile name — used to personalize your experience within the Portal.

We request only the openid and userinfo.email scopes. We do not request, and do not access, any other Google account data such as your contacts, emails, files, calendar, or drive contents through the sign-in flow.

Other Information We Collect

  • Account information: the name and email address you provide, or that we receive from Google sign-in, to create and authenticate your login.
  • Performance data: search, analytics, and AI-visibility metrics related to your website, imported from third-party analytics platforms connected on your behalf.
  • Messages and feedback: any questions, concerns, or feedback you submit through the Portal.
  • Usage data: basic analytics about how you interact with the Portal.

How We Use Google User Data

We use the Google user data we access (your email address and basic profile name) to:

  • Authenticate your sign-in and create or link your Portal account.
  • Display your reporting data and personalize your experience.
  • Communicate with you about your account, reporting, and support requests.

We will not sell your Google user data to third parties. We do not use your Google user data to serve personalized advertisements.

Third-Party Data Sources

To populate your reports, we connect to outside analytics platforms and import the resulting metrics into the Portal. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the underlying data they collect from your website. We only use the data retrieved through these connections to build your reports.

How We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, including your Google user data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With members of your assigned agency team so they can deliver and discuss your reporting.
  • With service providers that host and operate the Portal on our behalf, under appropriate data-protection terms.
  • Where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties for purposes other than as described in this policy.

Data Storage and Retention

Your Google user data (email and basic profile name) is stored with your Portal account for as long as your account remains active. We retain account and reporting data for a reasonable period after your account is deactivated to support reporting continuity and legal obligations, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including the Google user data we hold, by contacting your agency team through the Portal’s feedback page or the email associated with your account. You may also disconnect Google sign-in at any time by removing the Portal’s access from your Google account security settings, after which we will discontinue further access to new Google user data.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure authentication, access controls, and encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we use Google user data, we will notify you through the Portal or by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact your agency team through the Portal’s feedback page or at the email address associated with your account.
